Job Description

Responsibilities:

. Provide all administrative support to Maintenance Department

. Daily Meeting records & reports

. Document update and filing

. Assist in preparing/updating of Work Process, SOPs and Preventive Maintenance Schedules etc.

. Spare parts search and request for quotation via vendor catalogue or supplier list

. Maintain database for stock list technical specification

. Raise purchase order and maintain record

. Contact Contractors for maintenance, repair and services for all building related matters

. Cover Receptionist duties as and when required

. Processing of work permits application/renewal/cancellation when necessary

. Any other duties or task assigned by Department Manager

Requirements:

. GCE N/O Level or equivalent

. Min. 2 years of Administrative experience with attention to details, planning and organisation skills

. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

. Able to multi-task, self-motivated, independent, meticulous and discipline

. Candidates with general technical knowledge or willing to learn are welcome
