Job Scope
- Front Desk Duty includes visitor and phone management, student services (enquiries, lost & found etc)
- Processing enrolment paperwork and updating student information databases.
- Sick bay management
- Emergency response, serving as a key communication point during emergency situations and following established safety protocols.
- Supporting special events and school functions with registration and information
- General Office Management
- Operating office equipment including photocopiers, printers, shredding machines and telephone systems etc.
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems for various school documents.
- Admin Duty
- Handling cash transactions for school fees, excursions, or fundraising activities.
- School Fee arrears management
- Other Adhoc duties as required, such as Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) management , procurement matters etc.
