As an Admin Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provides general office and administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day departmental operations.
- Compiles and submits financial subsidy claims by liaising with external agencies in a timely manner.
- Extracts, monitors, and consolidates data to support scheduling and service recipient review assessments.
- Maintains audit schedules, training materials, and learning calendars to ensure documentation stays current and compliant.
- Facilitates onboarding of service recipients onto preferred digital payment modes.
- Creates and maintains automated reports and interactive dashboards to support operational visibility.
- Manages vendor contracts, schedules appointments, and coordinates between vendors and service recipients.
- Raises purchase orders and oversees inventory management including receipt, restocking, and distribution of goods.
- Works with internal and external stakeholders to manage healthcare billing systems for eligible service recipients.
- Prepares ad-hoc reports and handles additional tasks as directed by the operations team.
Requirements:
- Diploma or minimum GCE A Level
- With at least 2 years of administrative support experience.
