Job Description

Job Description:
. Responsible for warranty part's order request, issue purchase order to factory, arrange and follow up on delivery status with factory and engineer
. Administer Move Order to Warehousing party, coordinate between engineer and warehousing party for Shock and Tilt handling, uncarting and crate disposal
. Perform NCDR monitoring including but not limited to:

      • NCPO delivery status
      • Outstanding SO
      • Move Order status.
      • EMG/Weekend delivery status
      • NCDR parts withdrawal status
      • Report preparation

. Maintain inventory to ensure no stock-out situation.
. Manage requests for information and data.
. Follow up and resolve administrative issues and inquiries.
. Provide service support related report generation.
. Other duties as assigned.
. Eligible to Diploma
. Minimum 1 Years of Working Experience in the similar position.
. Good in SAP or Oracle system will be an advantage.
. Require to be on monthly rotating weekend & public holiday standby.
Additional information:
. Working days: Monday to Friday
. Salary up to $3000
. Located in Paya Lebar
