Responsibility:
. Receptionist work scope such as handle incoming calls & walk-in Visitors & letters
. Coordinate with main contractor and sub-contractor for project related administrative work
. Prepare RA, MOS, Name list, catalogue, material list for submission
. Work closely with Project Team to deliver documentation required for project delivery, RFQ and tender submission
. Liaise with supplier in term of Quotation, PO, DO and Invoice
. Prepare quotation for customer
. Manage and follow up administrative work
. Update and upkeep project detail (ongoing and completed project) for recording purposes
. Perform other ad-hoc assignments by superior
