Job Scope
- Regular update of stocks movement on daily, weekly and monthly
- Prepare sales/stock report and Data Entry
- Update and report on job status of service equipment
- Liaise with external parties such as consumers, contractors and suppliers
- Managing incoming calls for the company
- Preparing sales and purchase orders for both internal and external customer
- Handle documentation for export business
- Supervise the cash collection for the business
Requirement
- GCE O Level & above
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in office administration work
