Admin Staff (Warehouse), 1-year contract (with possibility of conversion to a permanent position)
The Contract Admin Staff (Warehouse) is responsible for managing and administering all orders related to warehouse operations. This role ensures that agreements with logistics providers, equipment suppliers, and service contractors are properly documented, monitored, and compliant with company policies and regulatory standards. The position supports warehouse efficiency by safeguarding contractual obligations and facilitating smooth vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
.Documentation & Compliance
-Maintain organized records of all warehouse-related documents.
-Provide accurate documentation during audits and compliance checks.
-Ensure contracts align with safety, regulatory, and operational standards. (the admin is required to comply with all safety policies, SOPs, and PPE requirements in the warehouse)
.Operational Support
-Provide warehouse managers/supervisors with work summaries for quick reference.
-Track KPIs linked to works order (e.g., turnaround times, maintenance schedules).
-Assist in resolving works orders-related disputes or delays.
Qualifications
.Minimum 1 year of experience in contract administration, preferably in warehouse or logistics operations.
.Proficiency in contract management systems or ERP tools.
