JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Provide secretarial, administrative, and logistical support (e.g., scheduling meetings, preparing materials and agendas, minuting, travel arrangements, and invoice verification).
- Maintain knowledge management and document control through regular housekeeping and archival.
- Assist internal and external stakeholders with queries and requests.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and engagements across various platforms.
- Support team scheduling and logistics processing.
- Manage BMRC goods receipt and procurement requests, ensuring compliance and timely fulfillment.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in any discipline with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and online meeting platforms (Zoom, Webex).
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and team skills.
- Resourceful, proactive, result-oriented, with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
