Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to customer queries and directing them to the appropriate team member.
- Manage the company's calendar and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by the team.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure office equipment is in good working order.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be a Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident.
