Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records.

  • Oversee timely renewal and documentation of company agreements.

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and records.

  • Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, recordkeeping.

  • Communicate inquiries payment and schedule related.

  • Undertake various ad hoc tasks as required by the company's operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field.

  • Min. 2 years of experience in Administrative.

  • Knowledge in accounting is an advantage.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documents record-keeping.
