Job Description & Requirements:
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Prepare, organize, and maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and interviews
Prepare documents, reports, quotations, and presentations
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Support HR administrative tasks such as attendance records, leave tracking, and onboarding documents
Assist with basic accounting tasks (e.g. invoicing, data entry, expense tracking)
Coordinate courier services and incoming/outgoing mailPerform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Need to work at the site office and the main office, both locations are close to the east
Must familiar with desktop and laptop operation
