Job Description

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays 9am - 6pm

Main Accountabilities

. Handling emails and Sales call over phone

. Developing monthly Sales & Service report, Contract, Filing of documentations

. Maintaining and updating of sales and customer records

. Communicate with customers internally and externally

. Checking data accuracy in documentations (Reports, Contract, Documentations)

Qualifications

. Min O levels and above preferred

. Min 2 years proven work experience as sales support, Admin etc.

. Team player with high dedication

. Experience with MS Office (Words, Powerpoint, Excel. Etc)

. Excellent organization and multitasking skills

. Diligent, initiative, curious and eager to create impact
