Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit documents for vessel registration
  • Communicate and coordinate with ship owners, ship managers, lawyers, banks, and financial institutions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date registration records
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, filing, and document management
  • Respond to inquiries regarding vessel registration processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Diploma in Maritime Business, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Experience in an administrative role; maritime industry experience is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and database management
  • Individuals without experience are encouraged to apply; training will be provided
