We are looking for Experienced Candidate to join us for the below position:
Admin Assistant
. Provide customer service and attend to phone / email enquiry as and when required
. Processing of Delivery Order, Job Order, etc....
. Prepare Quotation & coordinate with customers
. Inventory/ stock control
. Assist in Marketing event such as cold calling & Co-ordination etc
. Provide general administrative to teams including filing, data entry and document management
. Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements :
. Min Nitec/Diploma in Communication/ office management
. At least 1-2 years relevant working experience
. Must be a multi-tasker with good time management
. Full of initiative, committed, meticulous and able to work independently
without much Guidance, Good negotiation skills
. Computer literate in MS office, outlook
. Those who can start immediately will be preferred
