Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage documentation in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Provide prompt and professional customer service support via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Schedule deliveries with end-users and coordinate with in-house drivers.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist walk-in customers with the collection of IT equipment.
  • Manage and process payments from end-users.
  • Send daily delivery reminders and updates to customers.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized data and documentation records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative or customer service experience.
  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
