What's the role
The Admin Assistant will support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth coordination across functions. This role requires someone who is highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team. A proactive individual who can handle document/report consolidation, project delivery scheduling, and item creation will thrive in this role.

What does the role involve
. Prepare, consolidate, and send documents including reports, forms, and correspondence
. Coordinate and schedule project deliveries with internal teams and external partners
. Perform item creation and updates in internal systems
. Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) to ensure easy retrieval of information
. Support general administrative tasks such as data entry, tracking logs, and preparing paperwork
. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of required documents
. Use Microsoft Excel to manage data, update spreadsheets, and track operational information
. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and completeness in all administrative work

What you need is:
. Diploma qualification or higher

. Positive attitude with the initiative to follow through on tasks
