Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records of workers
- Manage Inventory List
- Order and replenish office supplies including stationery, pantry, tools, materials and toiletry items
- Answer phone calls and attend to visitors
- Open incoming mail and attend to relevant department
- File documents systematically for easy retrieval and information flow
- Assist Superior with daily task
Working Hour
Monday - Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm
Able to start work immediately preferred
