Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the account management team and Director
- Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and track payments
- Maintain proper documentation and update records in the system
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and basic data analysis
- Support coordination of meetings, emails, and business communications
Requirements
- Min. 1 year of administrative or office support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- MUST BE FLUENT in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
