Responsibility
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices accurately
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of purchasing and billing records
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to track orders and deliveries
- Verify billing details, reconcile discrepancies, and support payment processing
- Provide administrative support including data entry, reporting, and correspondence
- Manage enquiries and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow between operations and finance
Requirement
- Minimum ITE education level in any field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience in operations
- Compassionate, empathetic, and good at building rapport with customers
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
