Admin Assistant - Memorial Products

  • Office Location: Jurong East, Singapore
  • Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
  • Monthly Salary: Base up to $2800 + AWS
  • Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices accurately
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of purchasing and billing records
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to track orders and deliveries
  • Verify billing details, reconcile discrepancies, and support payment processing
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, reporting, and correspondence
  • Manage enquiries and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow between operations and finance

Requirement

  • Minimum ITE education level in any field
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience in operations
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and good at building rapport with customers
  • Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
