Key Responsibilities:
As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Account Management team. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Quotation & Sales Support: Assisting in quote preparation by sourcing vendor pricing and following up on sales proposals and quotations
- Procurement Coordination: Managing and streamlining our procurement processes
- Vendor Management: Liaising directly with vendors and verifying monthly vendor usage and invoices
- Administration: Maintaining accurate documentation and keeping sales records up to date
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent qualification
- 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong basic communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only
