Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process invoices accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Upload and maintain related supporting documents in the system.
  • Ensure all invoicing documentation is complete and submitted within deadlines.
  • Assist in tracking outstanding invoices when required.
  • Assist in checking LC documents against requirements.
  • Support preparation and submission of LC-related documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with LC terms.
  • Provide general administrative support for daily office operations.
  • Handle filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with coordination of office matters and logistics.
  • Provide backup support to the Admin Executive during absence.
  • Assist team members as required to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum O-Level or Diploma qualification.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Basic understanding of invoicing and documentation processes.
  • Experience or exposure to LC processes is an added advantage.
  • Can be train if no LC experience.
