Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices accurately and on a timely basis.
- Upload and maintain related supporting documents in the system.
- Ensure all invoicing documentation is complete and submitted within deadlines.
- Assist in tracking outstanding invoices when required.
- Assist in checking LC documents against requirements.
- Support preparation and submission of LC-related documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with LC terms.
- Provide general administrative support for daily office operations.
- Handle filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Assist with coordination of office matters and logistics.
- Provide backup support to the Admin Executive during absence.
- Assist team members as required to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum O-Level or Diploma qualification.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Basic understanding of invoicing and documentation processes.
- Experience or exposure to LC processes is an added advantage.
- Can be train if no LC experience.
