We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, including logistics and documentation
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
- Provide support to other departments as requested
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
