Job Description & Requirements
- Provide administrative support like collection of payments, data entry, filing and day-to-day documentations.
- Handling a range of administrative tasks
- Daily cheque and cash banking and posting.
- Coordinates payments and submit to management.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with shipping agents and haulers to schedule the shipments and manage the shipping documentations.
- Attend incoming calls.
- Ad hoc other duties assigned.
