Job scope:

  • Provide administrative support to both Office and Operation Team
  • Assist in administrative paperwork sorting, filing, and archiving
  • Manage, maintaining and monitor of Hostel arrangement for staff
  • Manage office and pantry supplies, simple day-to-day tasks, and running errands
  • Attend and greet guests and answer incoming telephones calls
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Being proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Word will be an advantage
  • Able to converse comfortably in English to liaise with Operation Staff
  • Fast learner with a willing-to-do attitude
  • Willing to travel to jobsite if needed
