Job Summary

You will support invoicing and administrative tasks by following up on customer payments, handling billing enquiries, processing invoices, and performing office clerical duties to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Call customers to follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections
  • Respond to customer enquiries and verify billing details to resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare and process accurate billing invoices for customers
  • Perform office administrative tasks including data entry and filing to maintain organized records
  • Use Microsoft Office applications to complete invoicing and clerical duties efficiently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and systems
  • Demonstrate a positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications
