Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin / HR Assistant to support daily office operations and assist the HR team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work well in a team environment.
Job Requirements:
. Basic proficiency in office software (Word, Excel)
. Good communication and interpersonal skills
. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
. Good organizational and time management skills
. Able to handle multiple tasks and work independently when required
Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
. Organizing files and performing data entry
. Assisting with daily administrative and office support tasks
. Basic document editing and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
. Supporting office maintenance and ensuring smooth daily office operations
. Managing office supplies and maintaining an organized workspace
. Assisting HR with recruitment activities, including resume screening and interview coordination
. Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding documentation and procedures
. No experience required
. Simple tasks with a relaxed and friendly team atmosphere
