Responsibilities:
Handle client admission: explain charges, subsidies, means testing & arrange transport/assessment
Reception duties & attendance registration
Answer phone calls & coordinate meetings
Collect payments & maintain records
Filing, monthly statistics & utilisation reports
Update client profiles (HHMT, demographics, etc.)
Track consumables & replenish stock
Assist with transport scheduling & liaise with Next-of-Kin
Other admin duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years relevant admin experience
Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Strong communication skills (written & spoken)
Meticulous, independent, reliable & good interpersonal skills
