Job Responsibilities
. Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.
. Entering and updating company, employee, and client records.
. Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies.
. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
. To do records of PPE distribution and do regular stock checks
. Apply and maintain records of employees safety courses and relevant passes.
. Source and register mandatory safety passes for employees.
. Any other ah hoc duties as per instructed by direct superior.
