Culina is a leading purveyor of specialist epicurean foods and wines, a choice distributor to hotels, restaurants and cafes in Singapore. Culina runs a Bistro and Gourmet boutique, an Organic retail store SuperNature in Dempsey as well as a chain of butcheries in major supermarkets island wide.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit the daily sales breakdown, including payment modes, to the Finance Department
Update customer and wholesale delivery details in the delivery schedule template and notify the delivery contractor
Process daily stock transfer requests
Issue Goods Received Notes and handle documentation for overseas perishable shipments
Perform weekly stock adjustments and review unposted items
Print price tags and update the PLU master (for weighted items) for new products or price revisions
Compile shipment information for marine cargo insurance declarations and submit to Finance on a monthly basis
Manage procurement of stationery, farm boxes, plastic bags, and other miscellaneous supplies
Perform any additional duties assigned by the superior as required
Requirements:
GCE N / O Level qualification or equivalent
2-3 years of administrative experience, ideally within the retail industry
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
