Job Description

Engelin Teh Practice LLC, a full service firm with a strong Legal practice, invites applications for the position of Admin Assistant.

We are looking for highly motivated and committed individual to assist in:


-Attend to phone calls and clients/visitors

-Coordinate meeting room schedules


-Process and collate payments and receipts (online and cheques)

-Liaising with banks on ad hoc queries



-Tracking and ordering of Office inventories and supplies

-Perform ad-hoc and other office support/admin duties as assigned

You should be:

  • Strong in organizational & administrative skills
  • A team player & a meticulous individual with initiative and attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office
