Job Description:-
. Perform basic HR / Admin work, including orientation, exit clearance, and arranging travel. etc.
. Maintain and update employees records in the HRIS system
. Manage staff attendance, leave administration, computation, and calculation of Overtime claims
. Handle employees welfare and enquiries, organize events, team bonding activities, etc.
. Manage and maintain stationery, safety shoes, staff uniform, etc.
. Manage and maintain company buildings and facilities (e.g. Lift renewals, fire safety equipment etc)
. Manage and maintain the company's machinery and equipment.
. Other administration tasks
Requirements:-
. GCE N/O Level or equivalent
. Minimum 1 year of HR/Admin-relevant experience
. Good communication skills
. Adaptable to the fast-paced work environment
. Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel etc
. Preferably staying in West area
Working hours :
Monday - Thursday 8 am to 6 pm
Friday - 8 am to 5 pm
5 days work week
