Job Responsibilities:
- Undertaking works in accordance with yard specific HSEQ Construction Methodologies, Risk Assessments, 5S, Site Rules and Keller Policies and Procedures together with Yard Supervisor
- Perform office administration such as data entry and record-keeping.
- Maintaining and organizing files to ensure accuracy, accessibility and company IMS.
- Assisting to create SOPs, and plant compliance records.
- Assist plant administrative on designing excel, power point templates for plant workflow processes, operational procedures, and plant layouts.
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled yard/plant reports.
- Analysing monthly downtime monthly reports.
- Compiling data and transforming information into visually reports using charts, graphs, to illustrate performance metrics, trends, and project summaries
Job Requirements:
- Minimum A Levels or Diploma, NITEC or Professional Certificate
- Minimum 1 year of relevant administration experience, those with experience in construction environment would be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Words, Excel, PowerPoint etc
- Air con office environment but need to collect documents from warehouse 3-4 times per week
