Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
. Manage customer inquiries, feedback, exchanges, and returns across various e-commerce platforms, including handling service recovery where necessary.
. Process online orders accurately and in a timely manner to ensure smooth and prompt fulfilment.
. Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve delivery-related issues and ensure successful order completion.
. Monitor order status and ensure all transactions are completed efficiently.
. Support day-to-day e-commerce operations and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
. Minimum GCE O Level qualification or equivalent.
. Able to commence work immediately or within a short notice period.
. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
. Meticulous, organised, and detail-oriented.
. Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (to liaise with English- and Mandarin-speaking customers and partners).
. Able to provide remote support on weekends (approximately 1 hour company mobile phone provided) - an added advantage.
