Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales and Service teams, including drafting correspondence (letters, emails, faxes), managing phone and email inquiries, and general clerical tasks such as filing and faxing.
  • Assist in preparing and compiling departmental reports for the department head.
  • Support the preparation of tender documentation and ensure timely submission as per requirements.
  • Manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and efficient order processing.
  • Generate purchase orders, monitor incoming shipments, and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation for customs clearance.
  • Liaise with internal teamsSales, Service, and Logisticsto coordinate accurate and timely order placement and delivery, in line with contracts or quotations.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for sales records, assist in report generation, and provide relevant financial data to the Finance department.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O or A Level qualification.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience, supporting internal departments and handling client communications via email, phone, and fax.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent telephone etiquette.
