Job Description
1. Customer Service (Front Desk)
- Answer phone calls promptly and courteously
- Attend to phone and walk-in enquiries
- Apply customer service etiquette (e.g. show empathy, listen actively, and communicate in a friendly manner)
2. Student Care
- Attend to students at the sickbay
- Administer first aid when required
- Contact parents when necessary
- Coordinate early dismissal of students
3. Administrative Support
- Perform data entry tasks
- Receive delivered goods and coordinate with the ordering staff
- Assist General Office staff with school events
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the school
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- ESS Career Readiness Certificate (Operations), OR
- ESS Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative duties
- Prior experience working in a school environment will be an added advantage
Other Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual, with the ability to speak and understand additional languages
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Contract Details
- Duration: 1-year contract (with option to extend for another year)
1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 - Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:15pm (inclusive of 45-min lunch break)
- Rest Days: Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
