Job Summary
You will support the Conveyancing Department by preparing legal documents, coordinating with involved parties, and managing files to ensure smooth completion of real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize legal conveyancing documentation accurately for real estate transactions
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and other parties involved in conveyancing matters
- Manage and maintain detailed files and records related to conveyancing cases
- Monitor progress and take ownership to ensure timely and smooth completion of conveyancing transactions
- Provide administrative support to the Conveyancing Department to facilitate daily operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles
- Proven ability to manage tasks under tight timelines effectively
- Willingness to work overtime outside official hours or workdays when required
- Exhibit attention to detail and meticulousness in handling documentation and records
