Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Admin Duties (Eg. Prepare payment to supplier, reconcile payments , Update Bank receipts & offset customer invoices, e-filling, checking Supplier & Customer Invoices)

2. Assist Senior in audit preparation (Checking ,filling and providing necessary documentation)

3. Assist Senior & Manager for ad hoc duties

Requirements:

1. O-Level qualification Fresh graduates are welcome, or Diploma-equivalent experience

2. Willingness to Learn and a Positive Attitude

3. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

4. Strong time management skills and ability to work independently

5. Ability to meet deadlines, especially during peak financial periods
