Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal teams, service providers, and external partners to support daily operations assist with travel arrangements, office administration, and the preparation of communications, documentation, and reports to ensure smooth cross-office coordination
Maintain accurate records of business licenses, certifications, and qualifications, ensuring timely renewals support research, preparation, and submission of government grant applications, and track compliance and utilization for reporting and audit purposes
Plan and organize corporate events, meetings, workshops, and staff activities manage end-to-end event logistics including venue booking, catering, invitations, and vendor coordination to ensure successful execution
Support employer branding initiatives in collaboration with HR and marketing teams manage branding materials, corporate gifts, and merchandise, and assist in campaigns that promote company culture, values, and employee engagement
Assist in departmental budget preparation and manage petty cash with proper record-keeping process vendor payments and service invoices, ensuring accurate documentation, approvals, and coordination with the finance team
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Event Management, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge of office operations, facilities, or event coordination is an advantage
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Capable of working independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment
Responsible, proactive, and committed team player with a positive attitude
Customer service-oriented with a professional appearance and demeanor
