Candidates will be trained in various aspects of administrative support duties.
Responsibilities:
- Purchase of business profiles and extracts from ACRA
- Arrange and/or make trips to Notary Public, Commissioner for Oaths, Singapore Academy of Law, Embassy, Translation, etc. (when required) for notarisation and authentication
- Prepare corporate secretarial resolutions for general compliance matters, filing, typing, scanning, updating of minute books, redirection of mail and preparation of official letters (cover letters, courier slips, envelopes, etc).
- Preparation and Lodgement of ACRA forms such as Annual Return, Extension of Time, Change of Officers and Particulars etc.
- Prepare, organise documents and generate regular reports as requested by the Director.
- Assist in polling matters such as registration of shareholders at polling events and preparation of polling summary, etc
- Maintain file listing and compactors housekeeping
- Assist with reception duties (includes attending to mails received, courier requests, accepting calls etc) when required.
- Perform other general ad-hoc administrative duties when assigned by the Directors.
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE/ Diploma/ A Levels
- Candidates with relevant experience in a professional service firm such as a law firm or an accounting firm will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- A team player, hardworking, responsible and with a positive attitude
