- To perform data entry of all inventory-related transactions into SAP. (ISSUE/RECEIPT/GOOD RECEIPT/RMRS/PICK&PACK)
- To verify all data entry accuracy and document are relevant before submit to account.
- To issue manual PO for Operation Purchases
- To prepare CN/DN application for approval and summit it to AC Dept for billing.
- Generate weekly report
- Generate Operation Monthly Report
- To coordinate stock take / stock check for warehouse & 3PL customer
- To provide administration support to operations department on staff matters, record and report to HOD (Such as Leave/ Overtime/ Medical Claim / HP Allowance Claim)
- To provide administration support to operations department.
- Backup for warehouse coordinator on admin job
- Other Ad hoc Duties assigned
- To support and implement ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 procedures and initiatives
Requirement:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- SAP Knowledge is an advantage
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to work in fast paced environment
