Data Entry and Record Keeping
- Accurately input and maintain inventory data, shipping records, and other warehouse-related information.
- Generate and distribute reports on inventory levels, order status, and other relevant metrics.
- Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and electronic).
Order Processing and Shipping Support
- Assist with order processing, including generating packing slips and shipping labels.
- Resolve discrepancies in orders or shipments.
Communication and Coordination
- Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Relay important information regarding shipping, receiving, and inventory.
Inventory Management Support
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels.
General Administrative Duties
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other documents.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain records related to safety training and compliance.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
