Job Description
1. Admin duties, handling of call, WhatsApp and emails
2. Support coordinator for daily operations
3. Liaising with staff and external parties (customer / supplier) for work operations
4. Assisting in preparation of purchase order/Claims
5. Maintain proper documentation
Job Requirement
1. Minimum O Level / NITEC / Diploma holder
2. At least 2 years of working experience in administrative
3. Familiar with MS Office applications with knowledge of Microsoft Work and Excel
4. Ability to work independently and multi-task
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with tight deadlines
