We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone is looking to gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry. You will work closely with our Sales, Purchasing, and Finance teams, supporting a variety of administrative processes related to vehicle sales, financing, registration, and daily office operations. This role offers plenty of learning opportunities and exposure to different areas of the business, making it a great stepping stone for career development.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, organise, and maintain customer, vehicle, and transaction records.
Assist with the collection, verification, and submission of documents for vehicle sales, purchases, registrations, and financing applications.
Follow up on outstanding documents, payments, approvals, and customer submissions.
Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, reports, and other operational documents.
Support the submission and tracking of vehicle registration, ownership transfer, and related applications.
Attend to customer enquiries and provide administrative support to the relevant departments.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Key Requirements
Minimum GCE N / O Level or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Good organisational and document management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Prior experience in automotive industry an advantage,
