Work Location: Loyang / Clementi / Nee Soon
Working Hour/Day: 7.45am - 5.30pm / Mon - Fri
Job Responsibilities:
- Helping out with administrative work
- Handle email, time card, weekly safety toolbox, filing, attendance monitoring and personal data documentation.
- Preparation & monitoring of production chart.
- Manage keys (issue keys / returning keys / making sure information in the logbook is all correct), updating of logbook, filing/signing of log book, first aid monitoring.
- Ad-hoc Duties assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Able to work independently with min supervision
- Good communication skills, English-speaking environment
- A good team-player
Salary: S$1,900 - S$2,100
