Job Description

  • Coordinate with all departments ensuring all work functions smoothly
  • Keep track and order of Stationeries and Pantry items
  • Handle Phone Call and to serve beverage as and when needed
  • Preparation of receipts, invoices and other financial documents & follow up on outstanding payment (Supplier & Customer)
  • General filing and to filter all incoming letter
  • Keep track of staff leaves and claims
  • General administration duties
  • Any other duties as assigned by superior / manager

Requirements

  • Singaporean or PR only
  • at least 1 year experience
