Key Responsibilities
. Perform routine administrative duties, including maintaining project files and filing quality records.
. Manage procurement of construction materials and hardware.
. Handle general administrative tasks such as monitoring and backing up project WhatsApp groups, processing materials RMA, checking attendance via the time management system, and managing claim forms.
. Provide clerical and administrative support to the project team.
. Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems (electronic and paper) for quick retrieval.
. Update and maintain databases for stock control records, schedules, and VO/SOI with precision.
. Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and prepare meeting minutes.
. Assist in preparing project reports and submissions to clients.
. Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by project management.
Job Requirements
. Minimum GCE A Level qualification.
. At least 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
. Strong command of English with excellent communication skills.
. Positive attitude, team-oriented, and able to work independently when required.
. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
. Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
