Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office and management team.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents, reports, and records.
- Assist in data entry, filing, and updating databases or spreadsheets.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm
Location : Macpherson (opposite MRT station)
