. Collaborate with Relationship Manager to assist in meeting application process

. Develop and maintain understanding of dealer or agent base

. Perform as key contact for dealers or agents for documentation follow up

. Initiate activities to ensure on time and scheduled responses to customers and dealers or agents

. Alert Relationship Managers for any potential delays

. Assist Relationship Managers to attain approval on new applications.

. Evaluate customers applications and conduct phone calls to confirm data where necessary

. Conduct searches for mandatory information to analyse customer's situation and vehicle details.

. Perform execution of documents and disbursement duties for approved applications
