Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage sales quotations, including quotation highlights and monthly reports.
  • Generate policy illustrations using various insurer software and tools.
  • Maintain familiarity with different insurers products and system features.
  • Handle enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide timely support to consultants/bankers, including preparing and arranging courier of client proposals.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in data entry.
  • Escalate system or process issues to prevent recurring errors.
  • Take on additional tasks or responsibilities when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in any field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to work independently.
  • Strong follow-up, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
