Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage sales quotations, including quotation highlights and monthly reports.
- Generate policy illustrations using various insurer software and tools.
- Maintain familiarity with different insurers products and system features.
- Handle enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide timely support to consultants/bankers, including preparing and arranging courier of client proposals.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in data entry.
- Escalate system or process issues to prevent recurring errors.
- Take on additional tasks or responsibilities when required.
Requirements
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in any field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to work independently.
- Strong follow-up, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
