Job Description:
- Provide administrative support for daily retail operations
- Coordinate store schedules, staffing, and internal communications
- Manage inventory records, stock tracking, and replenishment coordination
- Handle purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier liaison
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and operational data
- Support e-commerce order processing and customer inquiries
- Assist in coordinating promotions, campaigns, and in-store activities
- Liaise with store outlets, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in admin
- Able to start work immediately would be an advantage
