Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support for daily retail operations
  • Coordinate store schedules, staffing, and internal communications
  • Manage inventory records, stock tracking, and replenishment coordination
  • Handle purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier liaison
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports and operational data
  • Support e-commerce order processing and customer inquiries
  • Assist in coordinating promotions, campaigns, and in-store activities
  • Liaise with store outlets, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in admin
  • Able to start work immediately would be an advantage
